Sakura Wellness Studio (“the App”) collects the following information when you register and use the app:

• Personal information: First name, last name, email address, phone number
• Health & fitness data: Body measurements (weight, chest, waist, hips, arms, legs) that you voluntarily provide
• Usage data: Class bookings, session attendance records, package usage
• Device data: Push notification tokens for sending class reminders

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Manage your studio membership and session packages
• Record class attendance and session usage
• Send you reminders about upcoming classes and sessions
• Allow trainers to track your fitness progress (with your participation)
• Process and track your payment records with the studio

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (supabase.com), a cloud database provider based in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to:

• You (your own profile and records)
• Your assigned trainer (your bookings and measurements)
• Studio management (superusers) for operational purposes

5. Health Data

Body measurement data you record in the app is stored solely for your personal fitness tracking and is shared only with your trainer. We do not share health data with any third parties.

6. Push Notifications

The app may send push notifications for class reminders, session expiry warnings, and payment reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you hold an active membership. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting the studio directly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
